Milo is a guest in the hotel, and one of the smarter ones imo.

...Y'know what does matter? He Invented the first (and only) TELEPORTER!
Yep, at a young age he spent plenty of his time working on projects in his makeshift workshop at home, putting together any devices he could think of. One of these device ideas was none other then the Teleporter. It took him a while, but eventually, he had constructed it!
After he used it a few times to test it, making sure it worked, he decided to do a long-distance test. Instead of teleporting other objects around the house, he would attempt to teleport himself to his friend's house to visit!
He theorized the device would need more power to teleport over a longer distance, so he charged the device to double power and used it.
Little did he know, that much power happened to be enough to fry the circuits of the teleporter, blowing it up and teleporting him to the lobby of none other then Void Inn.
